SUBJECT:  Football Tour 2010

I am currently looking to arrange next years tour where the venue will be Florence, Italy.  POB have never traveled to Italia, so hopefully it should be one to remember.  I have a mate who lives over that way, so he will be organising both games for me.

The real challenge this year will be getting people to book their own flights.  Generally tour budget works out at £250 which includes flights, accommodation, and travel to airport and tour      t-shirt, we sometimes have money left over for a small kitty as well. 

Tour will be from Thursday 27th May 2010 to Sunday 30th May 2010, three nights.

I need to know who is interested in touring next year as I need people to book their own flights and they are very cheap right now.  Details of flights as follows:

27th May 2010 – Luton to Pisa Flight Number 2305, leaving 12.20 arriving 15.35.  Price approx £50. 

I will arrange coach travel up to Luton for us all probably at £20 per person.

30th May 2010 – Pisa to Bristol Flight Number 6190, leaving 10.40 arriving 11.55.  Price approx £40. 

Based on the above, travel will cost approx £110, leaving a budget £140 for accommodation, kitty, tour t-shirt etc. 

The unknown is how much availability Easy Jet has!  The quicker we get moving the more money we will have for tour!
